1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hydralife Water services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

Hydralife Water provides premium ionized alkaline water delivery services to residential and commercial customers in select service areas. Our service includes:

  • Regular delivery of 5-gallon water jugs or bottled water cases
  • Optional water dispensing equipment
  • Flexible delivery scheduling
  • Empty bottle pickup and replacement (for jug subscriptions)

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans: Water delivery is provided on a subscription basis with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery options. The subscription automatically renews until cancelled.

Billing: You will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle based on your chosen frequency. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe).

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our prices with 30 days notice to subscribers. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Delivery Policies

Delivery Area: Services are available only within our designated service areas in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on designated delivery days. You will receive notification of your scheduled delivery.

Access: You must provide reasonable access for delivery. If we cannot complete a delivery due to access issues, you may still be charged for the scheduled delivery.

Bottle Returns: For jug subscriptions, empty bottles should be left at your delivery location for pickup. Bottles remain the property of Hydralife Water.

5. Skipping and Pausing Deliveries

You may skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription by contacting us at least 2 business days before your scheduled delivery. Skipped deliveries will not be charged.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation:

  • Your current billing cycle will be your last
  • Hydralife-owned equipment must be returned
  • Empty bottles should be made available for pickup

7. Equipment

Water dispensers and other equipment purchased through Hydralife are sold as-is. Equipment warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer. Hydralife is not responsible for equipment malfunctions or damages.

8. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Continued payment failures may result in service suspension.

Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Contact customer service for refund requests.

9. Product Quality

We strive to provide the highest quality alkaline water. If you have concerns about water quality, please contact us immediately. We may, at our discretion, replace product or provide credits for quality issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydralife Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hydralife Water, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
