We currently serve Broward County and Miami-Dade County in South Florida. This includes cities like Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Coral Springs, Davie, and many more. Use our zip code checker on the homepage to verify if we deliver to your area.

We deliver directly to your doorstep on your scheduled day. For most areas, we deliver on Thursdays. You'll receive a notification the day of your delivery. Simply leave your empty bottles outside (if you're a jug subscriber), and we'll swap them with fresh, full bottles. No need to be home!

Absolutely! Life happens, and we understand. You can skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by giving us a call. Just let us know at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Simply call us at 1-844-493-5433 or email info@hydralifewater.com. We'll process your cancellation and arrange pickup of any Hydralife equipment if applicable. We'd love to know why you're leaving so we can improve our service.

Currently, our water delivery is subscription-based to ensure you always have fresh water on hand. However, our equipment (dispensers and pumps) can be purchased as a one-time add-on to your first delivery without requiring a separate equipment subscription.

Your subscription includes: Premium ionized alkaline water delivered on your chosen schedule, flexible scheduling (skip or change deliveries anytime), reusable BPA-free bottles (for jug subscriptions), and friendly customer support. Delivery is $10 per delivery. Equipment like dispensers are available as optional add-ons.

No, all Hydralife bottles are 100% BPA-free. We use food-grade, recyclable materials that are safe for storing drinking water. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

Store your Hydralife water in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is between 50-75°F (10-24°C). Our 5-gallon jugs should be placed on a dispenser or stored upright. Bottle cases can be stored in your pantry, refrigerator, or anywhere convenient. For best taste, consume within 30 days of delivery.
