Yes. Your account, delivery history, and subscription details have been transferred to the new system. You only need to finish a short setup (set a password and confirm your payment method) the first time you log in.
When we're ready for your account, we'll send you a text and an email with a setup link. Until then, there is nothing you need to do. Your deliveries continue on your normal schedule.
Our new system uses a new dedicated texting number: (754) 465-9096. We recommend saving it in your phone as "Hydralife" so future reminders and delivery updates are easy to recognize. The old number will be retired once everyone is moved over.
No. Your price, delivery cadence, and delivery person are not changing. The upgrade only affects how you manage your account and receive updates from us.

Yes. You can reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop sending SMS to that number. You will still receive essential account emails unless you unsubscribe separately.
